great staff clean room cheap mattress bad wifi
the food was amazing!!! the staff are great. the room was so clean and i had a great night's sleep.
the bed mattress was very cheap, i could feel the springs and it was hard giving little support. the wifi was bad.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i appreciate this. i realized i left my earphones in the room then they found them and kept them for me i am thankful for this.

spacious room and excellent service
great location clean hotel
The location allowed us to easily explore the local area. a train station is at the end of the street. breakfast is a must. We had filled rolls and good coffee.
the room was unbearably hot and there were only two fans. the fans were too loud to leave on while sleeping, so they were not useful. the room felt expensive for what it offered.

i had a double room. it was a good size and had good amenities. the room and bathroom were immaculate. the shower had good pressure and was easy to use.

I found VERY helpful staff at reception. I saw comfortable rooms. They were well-kept. The location is great. It is a short walk to the loch. Free parking on the hotel premises.
The bathroom was quite small, a minor inconvenience.
