Acceptable Stay with Issues

uncomfortable mattress inaccessible bar
The room was quite dated. The dressing table had many scratches. The mattress was uncomfortable I felt every lump and it was hard. The hotel bar was not accessible guests had to ask staff for access since private functions occupied it. I found this unacceptable for paid guests.
