friendly staff heavy case decent size tv extractor fan hotel sign car park instructions
The staff at reception were very friendly!!! one morning, a receptionist carried my heavy case up the stairs to the car park. It was above and beyond. the shower and amenities in the room are good. The tv was a decent size. the bed was comfy and the black-out blinds gave me a good sleep.
the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working, so the mirror steamed up!!! there was no sign on the hotel or the car park. it would have been useful if the instructions to get to the car park were included.

a FRESH hotel EXPERIENCE
recent refurbishment comfortable room friendly welcome
the room felt BRAND new because of recent refurbishment. i found everything needed for a comfortable night away. the lady working at reception during the night provided a friendly welcome.
i noticed the bathroom extractor fan was not working, so the mirror fogged after a shave.

Staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Especially sylvia. the receptionist, sharon, gave a warm welcome at arrival. christine, the chamber made, kindly supplied an extra warm bed spread for me.

The room was tidy.
The shower had black mold. The grout needed replacing. The room was REALLY noisy. It was next to two doors. People were slamming those doors all night.

The room was spacious. It featured a large bed. Bedding was comfortable. The bathroom had a modern design with a big shower. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!
