convenient stay

spacious room clean sheets accommodating staff
The family room was quite spacious. i noted clean sheets and furniture. Everything looked well kept. staff readily accommodated our requests for the children.
during my stay, i found only one teabag provided for a two-night visit! i thought the room could benefit from more generous supplies.

The hotel has two ev charging stations. That is a good option. the adjacent pub offers a good variety of food and drinks. i saw that hotel rooms are in a separate building. it is accessible with a room key.

comfortable room excellent air table size really good comfort
The air conditioning worked perfectly. This was very welcome. the provided wi-fi connection worked well. i found a decent sized table ideal for working (i really appreciated it). the bed offered really good comfort and helped me relax.
the check-in process was in the pub next door, requiring a walk around the building.

starbucks is conveniently located opposite the hotel. this provides an easy option for coffee and snacks. a short walk leads to the shopping centre (this is a plus).

unpleasant bleach odour unclean bathroom
The location was convenient enough.
The room reeked of bleach and was not particularly clean. The bathroom was far from super clean. It was just a stopover to get to the airport very early.

The location was acceptable for my needs.
The room was disappointing. I found multiple stains on the carpet. The bathroom lacked a working fan, and condensation coated every surface. A bath mat was only available upon request. This made exiting the shower quite treacherous.

the room was clean. the bar and bistro were convenient.
the breakfast dining experience was poor! the chef called in sick so the hot breakfast was late. i think the bacon looked dodgy.
