mixed feelings about this stay

slow service more staff
the room was clean which was okay.
the service was really slow and we had to wait ages for our drinks, it seemed like they needed more staff, it got pretty annoying.

burn holes grubby surfaces
the room was a nice size, and the shower worked fine.
The room looked tired. There were burn holes in the curtains. Surfaces were not clean. I saw some grime on the walls. Restaurant hours were restricted. The last orders were at 7:30 pm.

cozy bed high quality shampoo friendly staff
the spacious room featured a cozy bed i found the shampoo and body wash to be of high quality the bar provided very good food the staff were genuinely friendly and happy
i noticed the hotel seemed to have staffing shortages it looked they were under pressure when the hotel was full

solid stay, few minor quirks

free carpark quick check extra bed comfortable bed
the free carpark made arrival easy. i found the check in process quick. my room included an extra bed. i thought the bed was very comfortable.
i felt the towels policy a bit odd as i had to go to another building to ask for more.

solid stay near the sports centre

convenient location onsite restaurant plentiful parking lovely staff
The location suited us perfectly because it was right next to the sports centre. This was a big plus for our trip. the restaurant onsite was very convenient, and the food was amazing!!! parking was also plentiful. i found the staff to be lovely , which helped make check-in and check-out easy.
