Wonderful Spa and Attentive Staff
thoughtful details super steam rooms warm welcome
I went for a spa day with my daughter, it was excellent. The interior decor features thoughtful details (I especially loved the lighting) and was immaculate. The spa includes super steam rooms, saunas, a solarium, an ice fountain, and water beds. Each staff member greeted us warmly and were very helpful, it.
The electronic thermostat in my room did not work upon arrival. I had to contact reception to request they turn the heating on. The room was quite cold when I first entered, it was 15 degrees Celsius.

My room included a kettle for making tea. lovely shortcake biscuits. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and also plenty of hot water. Though bedrooms need updating, they were still warm and clean.

The hotel is a short walk to the town center. The surrounding area was very relaxing, it had lovely decor (the plants looked amazing). Refurbished areas look beautiful.

spa bliss and restful nights!
attentive staff clean spa delicious tea relaxing robe
I had spa access plus treatments, and it was an amazing experience. the staff were very attentive, especially jenny, who was cheerful and helpful. I appreciated it so much. the spa area was clean and relaxing. afternoon tea was delicious. The cafe allowed me to stay in my robe. what a treat!
the breakfast buffet closed quite early, and there was a rush to get food before the cutoff.

The spa is modern and well-kept with a variety of steam rooms. I found it very super clean. there is butler service for drinks around the pool. however, the loungers near the pool are limited!

i received an upgrade to a four-poster bedroom this time. it was a lovely surprise because i booked a superior double room. the pretty room featured two windows that overlooked the traditional buildings. a nespresso machine with many pods was available.

The hotel provides generous free parking. I think that is excellent. it gives quick and easy access to nearby establishments. the hotel is near to town for some retail therapy. It's very really good!

Excellent Sunday Lunch and Spa Experience
generous portions excellent quality
I enjoyed Sunday lunch at the Oak restaurant. The roast was excellent. Food presentation was great, portions were generous, and the service matched the food quality. The restaurant's decor created a relaxing atmosphere. The fixed price for multiple courses felt reasonable.

The Classic Twin Room included tea and coffee making facilities and shortbread biscuits (a nice touch after a long day). The room was clean and warm. I found the beds comfortable and had no issues with hot water.

The hotel is located a short walk from the town center. This made accessing local shops and restaurants easy. I appreciated the proximity to amenities without sacrificing a quiet hotel environment.

The staff were cute and helpful. They easily accommodated our group needs. Restaurant staff, including Hassan, were efficient and friendly. I thought the staff really helped contribute to the overall positive experience.

the staff were attentive. aileen, ryan, and jenny provided really good service (i recall their names specifically). the attention to detail was very nice and everything was clean.

bright reception inviting lounge free upgrade pleasant staff
The reception area looked bright, and I found check-in efficient. The lounge was also inviting. I got upgraded to a better room for free. The breakfast buffet included good choices and high-quality food. All staff members acted pleasant and seemed well-trained by supervisory staff, which I saw often.
The WiFi signal was unstable. It kept disconnecting, a minor inconvenience.

The staff acted professionally. They were also well-trained. They was great to detail. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and I found their approach subtle rather than intrusive .
