friendly staff clean room shabby room parking fee
checking in was very fast. the staff were very friendly and helpfull on check in. the room was large and clean with a lot of tea and coffee. parking was easy.
the room was a bit shabby. i found hairs in the shower tray.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, made check-in simple. the hotel's proximity to services meant getting food was very easy! the lower-level access, with no stairs, helped with luggage. i found ample parking near the main services.

The check-in process was smooth. the staff were friendly. the bed was comfy. i found the shower excellent. It had great water pressure. everything was clean and tidy, important for me.
i noticed the tv remote was a little sticky, it needed a quick wipe.

the room was clean. the staff was friendly and cute. the hotel offers pizzas and snacks (i thought that was a nice touch).
The duvet was too thick, and i didn't sleep well. i needed a blanket as an option. my room was far from reception. It was difficult to carry all my bags.
