The grounds were lovely for my dog to explore. It was dog friendly.
I found the staff to be scruffy and unhelpful. I waited a long time to check in. the doors were filthy. The bedroom door was falling apart. the bedroom was uncomfortable and dirty. It seemed like a cheap hostel.

a really helpful stay!

the staff were great and cute. robert at reception greeted me and my partner. he. nothing was too much trouble. i have read other comments that confirm he is a genuine guy to every customer. the food was good. i also found the rooms were very clean.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were pretty good to. The social spaces were lovely spots to unwind in the evenings. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with its wide array of delicious options. It was a perfect start to each day. The room I had was very super clean and cozy.
The parking cost was a little more than I expected, though the location was otherwise perfect!

Really good Experience!

ample parking amazing scones
I really loved the ample parking. It made arrival stress-free! The breakfast buffet featured amazing tattie scones, probably the best I've ever eaten. These were crispy and fluffy. The grounds were huge, providing plenty of space to relax.
The room was very dated, and the beds were so uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore lower back.
