Charming Stay

varied menu fresh ingredients
The breakfast offered a varied menu and fresh ingredients I found the staff very attentive. The room had a lovely balcony with a view I enjoyed each morning. I found the room quiet, and I rested well each night. The bathroom had ample hot water and toiletries were provided.
I noticed the carpets in some areas looked worn, I think that they require replacement soon. This issue did not impact my overall experience, the need for refurbishment was apparent.
Location
8/10
The hotel is located within easy reach of local shops. I saw it was conveniently positioned for public transport routes. The hotel is near some major tourist attractions I noticed.
Rooms
9/10
My room featured comfortable beds with clean linens. The room included a TV with multiple channels I found helpful. The bathroom included fresh towels I appreciated. The room provided adequate space for luggage storage.

poor food quality smoke smell
The room was spacious and had a convenient layout. It was as expected.
The food quality really disappointed me. I ordered a meal from the restaurant, but it was not good. The food tasted cheap and the presentation felt careless. This was especially noticeable since I had dined there before and enjoyed it much more. the room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. I did not enjoy my food and this negatively affected my stay.
