The location was central. It was a short walk to the city centre. The bed was comfy. All needed amenities were available.
I was asked for a deposit before my checkin date. The accommodation had been paid in full. It was requested while I was traveling on a cruise. I found this particularly distressing. There was to be no flexibility from the hotel managers.

Excellent City Location and Comfort

easy access comfortable bed useful equipment
The location is excellent, offering easy access to transportation. Haymarket Station is a short walk from the hotel. The room included useful kitchen equipment like a microwave. The shower had consistently good water pressure and temperature control.

the location allowed easy access to city attractions. the room had a complete set of cooking devices and kitchenware, useful. a ground floor apartment was provided as requested. i found the staff to be responsive via messages.
i noticed the strict rules posted in the room made the stay uneasy.

The two room suite I booked was adequate. The bedroom had space, also a modern bathroom existed. The kitchenette in the sitting room contained a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The room was equipped well for breakfasts.

convenient location spacious interior awful paintwork awkward door
The location offered easy access to transportation. The inside was lovely and spacious. Two bathrooms were of a nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Paintwork was awful and reminded me of student accommodation. It was very difficult to navigate between rooms due to awkward door placements. I was unable to dry or straighten my hair in front of a mirror. There were mirrors, but they were too high.
