Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Edinb&B is appreciated for its central location, putting guests within a short walk of attractions like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The shared kitchen is a highlight, being well-equipped and offering complimentary breakfast items such as bread, tea, coffee, eggs, and juice, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are generally considered clean and comfortable, and some guests have occasionally experienced noise due to the proximity to a nightclub. Overall, the B&B provides good value for exploring the city.

The location was central. I easily walked to many attractions. The staff allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, very helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped with some basic staples, so I could easily make meals. I really appreciated that.

The room was quite small. It lacked windows. This.

Really good Value and Location

great location easy process comfortable bed

The B&B had a great location near the Royal Mile I found. The check-in process was straightforward due to the key code system. The bed was comfortable I must say.

The green exit sign in my room was illuminated all night I noticed. It made it a little difficult to sleep because the room was never dark.

Service

9/10

Check-in was simple since the keys were accessed via a code I learned. The kitchen provides breakfast items and snacks and this was a nice touch. Staff kept the common areas very clean I saw.

Location

10/10

This hotel is very close to the Royal Mile I think. Waverley Bridge is within walking distance and has an airport bus. There were pubs and bars nearby I noticed.

Rooms

8/10

My room had what I needed for my stay I believe. The bathroom was clean and in good condition I noticed. The kitchen offered good facilities for preparing meals if I wanted to cook.
