attentive staff modern design
I found the staff attentive and friendly. The room design was modern and well-appointed (I especially liked the LA suite).
The noise from the nightclub was quite loud until late. It made sleeping difficult, a shame.

rainfall shower soft pillows
i stayed in the tokyo room , it included a big rainfall shower and a bath set into the floor. a television was installed in the wall at the end of it.
my room was very NOISY because of the street below.

treats selection large bathroom ample space
the room had coffee , teas , and treats available , which i found good. the bathroom was quite large with a great shower , i must say. i also noticed we had ample space in the reykjavik room , a big plus.
i noticed the pillows were a bit uncomfortable , making sleep slightly less restful.

dated decor loose tiles
The location was perfect for what i needed. It was quite central.
The room's decor felt a bit dated, it wasn't to my taste! also, the bathroom needed some attention. Some tiles were loose. the light switches were hard to find since the room was dark when i arrived. the writing on the switches had worn off.

The location is top notch. It had many restaurants very close. The room size was spacious, and it included a seating area. I like to come back here again.

comfortable bed great night well equipped room extreme noise loud music uncaring staff
the room was very clean, stylish and well equipped. the bed was really comfortable, it made for a great night's sleep. the location was great, close to everything i needed.
The bar next door was loud. I couldn't sleep until it closed. the music and people created extreme noise. the staff did not care about my concerns.
