the staff was friendly and helpful .
my room faced hope street lane and it was problematic. refuse collection occurred before 6:00 a.m. the room temperature was also difficult to manage. the room lacked air conditioning and only a dyson fan provided cooling.

loud noise levels bedside table
The hotel rooms are named after Scottish actors, a fun twist. I had a mini bar, very convenient. The bed was large. There was a Dyson fan for warmer nights.
I was disappointed by a few things in my room. The noise level was loud because it was opposite the lift. There was no bedside table, a significant inconvenience. I was unable to see how to contact Reception when I needed assistance early in the morning. I really needed to contact reception.

the staff proved helpful. they promptly stored my luggage before check-in. i secured an extra hour for late checkout easily. the room theming was distinct, aligning with musical artists' names. the general style suited me.
the dyson fan remote was non-functional and remained stuck on one setting. i found the room quite warm as a result.

Really good Hotel Experience!

The location was fantastic! I loved that the room had complimentary items such as water, sweets, coffee, and tea. The staff were lovely and accommodating upon my arrival. They gave recommendations for nearby bars. This.!!
The room seemed to lack sufficient storage. My clothes had to remain in the suitcase . There were no coat hooks present. This made organizing my belongings difficult and inconvenient.

The room had a good size and a well-organized layout, plus, it had good cleanliness. I noticed little touches such as provided water bottles, assorted sweets, coffee, and tea, showing great attention to detail. It was a cozy space!!!
