convenient stay near the coast
smooth process family pub ample choice
checking in at the bar seemed odd at first. the process worked smoothly and efficiently. the family pub was a nice bonus. it offered good quality bar meals and plenty of choice.
i noticed the absence of dedicated reception staff within the hotel. this meant checking in required a walk to the restaurant.

The room was clean, AND it seemed to be a good size. Free parking was available. A supermarket was located nearby.
The keycard failed, requiring reprogramming. Twice. It was inconvenient to return downstairs and to another building because the keycard did not work. The shower gel was of poor quality. There was no shampoo or conditioner.

low pressure updated towels
The pub had a good atmosphere and friendly staff.
I found very little water pressure from the shower. It proved so bad on the second morning that showering was impossible. The towels needed to be updated and the bathroom had a bad smell.

smooth process quiet atmosphere convenient shopping definite plus
i found the check-in process to be very smooth. the hotel is situated away from the pub. this ensured a quiet atmosphere i very much appreciated. asda being directly across the road was a definite plus for grabbing essentials.
The shower gel provided was of noticeably low quality. It felt quite harsh. there were no separate shampoo or conditioner bottles available in the room. luckily, the nearby asda allowed me to purchase some.
