whiskey arrival baronial style late arrival
The location was near the university. my room was a signature room. complimentary whiskeys awaited my arrival. This was a good touch after a late arrival! the bar setting has a baronial style.
the gym was closed. this was inconvenient. the closure impacted my exercise routine. i had no forewarning of this closure.

hidden light switches non-working channels
the breakfast was acceptable, I guess.
The light switches were hidden behind furniture. That was annoying. also, the tv only had basic free-view channels and several of these did not even work!!! i paid a lot for my stay. I found these issues unacceptable.
