artificial air freshener bedbug bites
The location was acceptable. It was near a lovely park.
The room reeked of artificial air freshener upon arrival. It was quite overwhelming, and it made me suspicious. after my second night, i woke up covered in bedbug bites. This forced me to spend my third day at a laundromat disinfecting my belongings. the experience was far from enjoyable, and i definitely won't be returning anytime soon

The location proved convenient, with the tram stop nearby, with access to the city center. The room was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the variety of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a convenient park located across from the accomodation.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

quiet street luggage hold
I appreciated the hotel's location on a quiet street near a park. The nearby tram stop provided easy access. A grocery store was quite convenient. The cleanliness of the bedding stood out to me. Free use of the luggage hold shelves also helped us a lot before check-in.
I noticed the automated front door lock did not work properly. I needed assistance every time to open it remotely. It was a bit pointless since the rear fire exit near my room was open day and night.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the premises for all guests, easy to stay connected. Also a private parking area is available with limited spaces. A shared lounge area provides a comfortable space. There were vending machines located near the lobby.

The rooms have a kettle for making hot beverages and rooms include a microwave for heating food. A polish restaurant stands nearby, offering alternative options for dining. The prices seemed reasonable. A grocery store can be found close to the hotel.

I found the staff helpful and quick in addressing our requests. They promptly replaced a mattress. Although the check-in process is automated, communication through email was efficient. The cleaning lady even borrowed us a UK adapter, which we left in the room.

totally awesome stay!

great shower pressure easy access secure location
i was seriously impressed with how secure and clean everything was! i loved having easy access to extra tea and coffee every day. the shower pressure was amazing, a real treat after a long day, and the location? it was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
My only little snag was the tv not connecting properly. It was a bit annoying, but honestly, everything else was so good it hardly mattered. but still it would be better if the tv worked.

There are several eateries near the hotel. I found a lovely local bar called nauticus. it is very close to the hotel and has very affordable drinks and food. The service is fast and friendly.

The double room had fresh smelling sheets and was super clean. a kettle was provided, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a good size too. there was one window in the room. It let in sufficient light.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to all questions. check-in involved clear video instructions making everything run smoothly! they sorted help with staff. I am excited about that and i am thankful.

The location is in a quite good area with near public transport. This makes getting around super easy. bus n1 stops right next to the hotel. it is convenient to come from the airport by tram.
