great location clean apartment friendly staff convenient amenities
the location was unbeatable, and the apartment was clean. we had ample space for my family. the staff members were so friendly and eager to assist. i would definitely stay here again because of the convenient amenities.
The dishwasher tablets provided were a little difficult to open. I had to use a knife.

the hotel is very close to many attractions, including the royal mile. many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, so it is easy to find dining and entertainment. public transportation is also readily accessible.

the apartment offered ample space for our needs. lifts were available to all floors, which simplified access with luggage.
the wifi was unreliable. i reported the issue, but staff indicated resolution was not possible at that time.

My City Two Bedroom Apartment provided ample space. The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Fresh milk, tea and coffee were available upon arrival, a thoughtful touch.
The hairdryer was underpowered. It extended drying time.
