The hotel staff exhibited friendliness at all times. i found the location very pretty. It featured gardens perfect for a stroll. the hotel also thoughtfully provided dog bowls and bedding..
i noticed a slight delay in service at the bar sometimes.

nice hotel excellent food
the hotel was really nice. the bar and restaurant were lovely and the food tasted excellent. the staff were lovely especially when they sorted a mechanic.

attentive staff prompt need kindness heart
the staff were so attentive and always smiling. they addressed every need promptly. i even got assistance printing concert tickets. their kindness really touched my heart and they elevated the entire visit.
the room had a somewhat stale smell. a more thorough cleaning might refresh it. it's a small detail, though.

enjoyable lunch experience

quick service home-cooked food fantastic value friendly staff
i had lunch in the restaurant. the value was fantastic and the service was quick. the home-cooked food was very nice! i'll be back. also the staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room was a trifle warm. I couldn't seem to get the temperature quite right, though it wasn't a major issue.
