underwhelming stay

ineffective heating limited staff
The heating in my room did not seem to work properly. A dyson heater was provided as a substitute. i found the press bar closed on multiple nights, and the staff member present could not recommend a red wine. breakfast service was also problematic, with food not replenished and sometimes served lukewarm.. the lack of orange juice one morning was disappointing.
