Mixed Feelings About My Recent Stay
loose shower low volume
The room was clean but a bit worn. The shower controls were loose, and the television volume was too low, I could not adjust it. Breakfast felt too much like a canteen. It lacked personal service. Staff seemed overwhelmed. They did not check on us for coffee refills. The location is great. I expected better for the price.

Really good Stay with Wonderful Amenities

The room featured individual climate control, a safe, and a minibar stocked with various drinks. I found two plush bathrobes and slippers in the wardrobe. The bathroom included two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and luxury toiletries. I enjoyed the pool area. It had 20 loungers and a shaded section.
The gym had limited equipment. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The staff at the front desk offered quick check-in, and they provided clear directions to all hotel facilities. He ensured a timely arrival. I found the service really helpful!

the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. i was kinda surprised by the doorman who directed me to the hall of champions. the pro shop had a great selection of golf shirts and hats (i bought a lovely hat!). the location provided ease of access.
the volume of the television was initially set too low and i had some trouble adjusting it.

EXCELLENT Experience
excellent amenities receptive staff respectful staff fine views
My room included excellent amenities like a Nespresso machine. I found three shower heads also. I saw two sinks. The receptive staff granted every request promptly. The golf services were very helpful. Reception, concierge, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff were all courteous. I found the room to be very well appointed. The location allowed for fine views. I loved that I could order at the table. The hotel has a great variety of hot food. Eggs Benedict and pancakes tasted delicious. They offered many options! the variety of meals. The staff were all so friendly and cute. THEY were very knowledgeable and helpful and enjoyed a chat. The room was lovely. It was cosy and comfortable. I got a fantastic view of the course from my room.
