helpful staff friendly staff broken lift poor service
The hotel had a VERY nice restaurant! The food was AMAZING!!! The reception team was friendly. Fiona was particularly helpful and professional. The parking situation was easy. The car park is quite large.
One of the lifts was out of order . I chose to use the stairs. Many guests complained about the wait. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes. No staff acknowledged me.

Check-in was very cute and provided all necessary information. The room featured thoughtful touches such as a decent-sized shampoo holder in the shower. The window opened easily, awesome for good ventilation. The location is convenient and easy to access.
One minor issue involved a slight delay at the bar, requiring me to approach the counter to place my order.

the staff was friendly. lexi and nikky from reception and the bar and restaurant were especially helpful (i always appreciate a personal touch).
the room lacked air conditioning. the orientation of the rooms seemed like an afterthought because the sun.

rude staff negative experience
the room was clean and breakfast was good.
The spa staff were odd. They were rude from the beginning. i had to ask if i needed to sign in, and the staff laughed at me instead of professionally explaining the process. this experience negatively impacted my stay at the hotel.
