perfect location friendly staff large room
The hotel is close to the bus station. It sits at the end of Princes Street. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Staff were very friendly. They were also accommodating. The shower and enclosure in my room were very nice. The room was large. It was also clean. The bed felt new (i was charmed!).
The room lacked cups.

adequate, but with issues
absent phone poor air conditioning
The LOCATION was convenient. It suited my travel plans.
The ROOM lacked basic amenities. There was no phone. i found this concerning regarding safety and emergencies. the air conditioning barely worked, and i was COLD. there was also a water outage one day with no prior notice.

noise level no fridge
the staff was friendly, and the location suited my needs just fine.
I was quite disappointed by the noise levels. I heard doors slamming all night. also, the lack of a fridge in the room was a real inconvenience. I had expected one, especially considering the price. there wasn't even a small safe to store valuables.

The location was excellent. it was right across from the train station and perfect for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided useful recommendations. i found the room clean and modern.

The reception staff was ready with recommendations. Made planning my days easier. staff responded quickly to requests. the team maintained a cute atmosphere in the lobby. That created a positive first impression.

The hotel's location offered easy access to transportation hubs. it was close to the train station and bus stops. many shops and restaurants were nearby. This made dining and shopping very convenient.
