The location had easy access to transportation. Bus stops were located right outside the hotel entrance. Buses arrived frequently and provided quick transport to the city center in approximately 20 minutes. The staff was helpful and cute (especially at breakfast).

The bathroom was quite small. This made it difficult to move around comfortably. The food and drinks seemed overpriced.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

The staff was very helpful and accommodating . The room was ready before the usual check-in time, which I APPRECIATED. I could easily move around the city, as the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Unfortunately, there were no sockets near the bed. This made it difficult to plug in electricals. The room felt basic for the price I paid, and the bedroom seemed a bit tired.

The room had two really comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep, so I could fully relax after a day of activities. The room also included an iron and ironing board. Some food dishes are available 24 hours.

Reception staff allowed me to park at the hotel early. They also permitted me to check in before lunch time. The breakfast staff were courteous. They were very efficient and attentive to guests.

scuffed hallways loud music

the location was next door to the zoo.

I was pretty annoyed that the hallways were scuffed. It really detracted from the rest of the hotel and gave a bad impression. music in the common area was also too loud, especially early in the morning.
