great professionalism satisfying breakfast
the staff demonstrated great professionalism throughout my stay breakfast offered many options and was quite satisfying. i especially liked the convenient location near the station it made visiting various sites easy. even with events happening at the hotel the atmosphere remained peaceful for holiday guests
the pillows in the room were quite hard impacting my sleep quality slightly

Really good stay!
spacious room comfortable bed glass elevator
The train station was within very easy reach, a definite plus. The reception area was spacious and inviting, and the glass elevators offered a nice view. The room itself was spacious and the bed provided a comfortable sleep. The provided bathrobe and slippers allowed a relaxing way to end the day (especially after an evening out).
The road outside was completely closed making it slightly challenging to drop off luggage.

The reception area offered ample seating and a cute atmosphere. The glass elevators were a unique feature, providing views of the surroundings as I travelled between floors. These facilities really enhanced my experience at the hotel.

The hotel is close to transport links and shopping. Its proximity to the train station offers easy access for travelers arriving by rail. I found it very convenient for my visit.

The breakfast buffet included the usual cooked breakfast options and a continental selection. Michael, the bartender, was a great help in suggesting wine pairings. The staff in the dining area were also keen to please.

The staff was friendly and cute. James and Carol served me well at breakfast, ensuring I had everything I needed. Their attentiveness was appreciated (it made the start of each day much better).

the staff fixed the non-functioning air conditioning before 11 pm after i reported it at 10:30 pm.
i was disappointed that the standard room lacked a coffee machine, and the three coffee sachets provided were all decaf.

clean room convenient location poor service uncleared table
the room was clean. it felt spacious and modern. the location is very convenient for transport links. airport buses and trains are easily accessible.
the service in the bar area was poor. not a single table was cleared while i was there. guests were waiting a long time for hot drinks.

nice decor wide selection perfectly cooked tv issue fresh towel multiple calls
my room had a nice decor, i liked it. a wide selection for breakfast was available. the restaurant food was good, i had perfectly cooked steak.
the tv didn't work properly. i had to call three times over several days for a fix. i did not get a fresh towel, i had put the used one in the bath.

the room was spacious. it featured good soundproofing and comfortable beds. the bathroom included a good shower. water and other amenities were restocked daily. the reception staff were very polite and helpful .
