great choice helpful staff executive lounge broken air-con holed towel
the hotel was in a fab location. breakfast has plenty choice it was good. i liked to mention Raymond and cammy in the executive lounge. they were great being helpful, really.
i stayed in a room on the top floor. the air con do not work, so it was like a fridge. towels had holes, a BIG issue. shower gel were empty too, what happened?

great hotel experience

amazing location breakfast buffet
the location is amazing, near the city center. Dinner at the restaurant tasted very good. Breakfast includes a usual buffet with many options.
i stayed on the top floor and the air conditioning did not work well. the room was very cold in december. some towels had holes, and the shower gel was empty.

a slightly flawed stay

noise problem outdated bathroom
the room was quite big and that was acceptable.
I found problems. our king guest room lacked proper sound insulation, i could hear noise all night. the bathroom was a bit outdated. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere except down.

The room was clean with thoughtful lighting. I found a pristine bathroom. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all very clean. I was impressed with the excellent breakfast buffet. It included fresh fruit.
