The room had a nice view of the river clyde. i enjoyed a good breakfast. There were lots of choices. the staff was helpful, and i liked the atmosphere.

The hotel uses old 'insert key' locks, and they failed constantly. This was a pain. i had to be manually let into my room. there were several other people at reception with the same issue whenever i passed.

The staff was helpful and accommodated my request for a twin room. The breakfast had a large selection of tasty food. Parking on site was very convenient, i could leave my car there.

The premium super king high floor room offered a really nice view. The staff showed really good friendliness and helpfulness. Drinks and food were waiting for me. Breakfast had a very good choice of food.

The lifts had problems. It took a long time to get to my floor. This was frustrating and definitely needs attention.

The staff responded quickly to requests and offered support for directions. Alan in reception, Ethan in the bar, and Mandy in the restaurant deserve recognition. All staff took pride in their work.

the room was clean and tidy. All staff took pride in their work. The dining area and passage ways were all clean. i REALLY enjoyed my stay.

lifts were not functioning properly. only 1 lift out of 6 worked. it took 15 minutes just to get off our floor. the tv in the room didn't work and keycard didn't access the club lounge.

fantastic experience at a superb hotel

attentive staff quick check-in warm pool

The staff was lovely and attentive. Maria and mohammed greeted us warmly upon arrival. check-in was quick, and we got to our suite quickly. the swimming pool was warm, very inviting and good!

The hotel uses key locks! they failed frequently, so we had to be manually let into our room. whenever we passed by, several other people at reception had the same issue. It was a pain

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially scott, hannah, himanshu, callum, cameron, vincent, tegan, and jamie. they were really good, so my time was more enjoyable. they provided a very good service. I highly recommend it.
