friendly staff luggage storage helpful employee
The staff was very friendly at check in, great after a long travel day. I was able to store my luggage because I arrived early, allowing me to explore freely. A friendly staff named Fatima was extra helpful when I needed directions to a great spot for dinner.
The soundproofing was not very effective, so I could hear street noise easily.

A Reflective Stay

supportive staff early access luggage storage cleanliness issue toilet flush cigarette burn
I found the staff quite supportive. They allowed us early access, before the actual check-in time. This helped a lot with exploring the area without our bags. The hotel also had luggage storage available after we checked out.
The room was not as clean as I expected. The toilet flush did not work very well. The bed sheets on the second bed had cigarette burns.
