superb stay!
helpful staff room upgrade excellent condition
the staff was helpful. i received an email before i arrived. it asked about specific needs or recommendations for places to visit. i was also delighted with a room upgrade for my special birthday celebration. the suite was clean, in excellent condition, and comfortable.
the breakfast experience was disappointing. all the hot food items were cold. they seemed to have been sitting out for a long time.

the reception team was very cute. they demonstrated enthusiasm for their role. a chap gave a nod of approval when i ordered wine. the breakfast team was also engaging.

Very good Experience
nice touch beautiful architecture spacious room
The hotel staff contacted us prior to arrival, and this was a nice touch. We received great service from doormen, check-in staff and restaurant employees. I booked through American and got perks. I advise others do the same. This place was a great home base for a few days with beautiful architecture and spacious rooms.
The bar prices were high, and it lacked variety.

The hotel boasts a desirable location. I found everything to be within easy walking distance from its premises. I also loved having a castle nearby. It was a highlight of the trip.

Check-in was quick and easy. I also enjoyed using the door key on my phone through the app. The personnel were friendly and helpful. I was happy with the immediate solutions to my needs.

Breakfast was really good, and I particularly recommend the salmon. It allows for a unique dining experience. The breakfast had many flavors.

i booked the beautiful king room and it was definitely big enough. the bed was very comfortable and i slept soundly (i usually struggle in new places). the room had a nespresso machine, which i always appreciate. there was also complimentary water that was replaced daily.
the television remote was a little slow to respond.

The location is excellent near transportation options. The room included a comfortable king bed with good quality linens. There was a well-stocked minibar with various beverages and snacks.
