central location lovely staff spacious room absent wifi broken remote poor signal
The location is very central. The staff was lovely. My room was spacious (i stayed in the hotel for business).
There was no wifi in the room. The tv remote was broken and was taped with cellotape. Tv did not have a good signal, and without internet it was useless.

loved my stay, totally amazing!

great variety free parking regal charm
I was happy about great variety in the breakfast. There were hot options, cereals, fruit, yogurts, jams, and pastries, such nice things! parking was free at the back of the hotel. even with an event filling the car park, i got a space quickly. the regal charm was such a good vibe!
i found the lack of sockets beside the beds slightly inconvenient.

The room was a good size and clean. full-size beds were a plus, especially for older kids, they don't like sofa beds! it felt very comfortable. It was warm too.

The staff seemed very attentive and friendly, this. i saw mini toiletries. The tea and coffee facilities were really nice touches. the iron and iron board were useful too.

breakfast offered great variety, lots to choose from! i enjoyed the hot breakfast options, there were also cereals and fruits. jams, pastries, and yogurts were available every morning, i really like that.

parking at the back of hotel was free. i did have to wait a bit, the car park was full, there was an event. i finally managed to find a space after 5 minutes, that was so nice.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciate that. the hotel location was great for accessing local shops! free parking was a very welcome bonus. i also found the reception area beautifully presented.
The room i stayed in was a bit small. it was room 323. I've stayed in others that were similar. the kettle didn't fit directly under the sink tap though so i had to use a cup to fill it, this annoyed me. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot!
