perfect room fine location active equipment friendly staff
I found the room exactly as advertised. It was the standard double room! the hotel features a pool and sits in a fine location on the beach. the new gym has enough equipment to keep people active, like fitness suites. staff were very friendly and helpful, i appreciated that.
The wi-fi was slow. It could be improved. that's the only thing that wasn't perfect! everything else was amazing.

i was disappointed to find that upon stripping the bed in the morning, all four pillows had yellow stains.. this made me uneasy considering the cost of the room.

underwhelming stay despite initial impressions

The hotel looked nice on arrival, but issues arose quickly. our 'classic double room' was tired. the bed was uncomfortably firm. the breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was awful, clearly from a machine, and the hot food tasted like it had been sitting out far too long.

clean room spa experience delicious dinner flavorful dish
our standard double room was impeccably clean and cozy. the girls at the spa were so kind, really making my daughter feel special for her birthday. dinner at the orangery was exquisite, each dish bursting with flavor. breakfast was also a highlight with such a great start to our day.

Really good Coastal Stay

helpful staff dining experience
I liked the helpful staff and their attention to detail. Everyone ensured my needs were met. The dining experience stood out, with freshly prepared breakfast options and excellent service during dinner at the restaurant. I especially appreciated the views.
I noticed a small detail needing attention. The room showed some dust accumulation on shelves, which I felt could have been addressed with more thorough cleaning. This minor issue did not detract significantly from my experience.
