efficient check-in comfortable room spacious room out of service lift significant delay poor communication
Check-in was efficient and unremarkable. I received an upgrade to an Executive King Room. This room was spacious and comfortable with all expected amenities. The bed was large and comfortable.
The lifts were problematic. One of the three lifts was out of service. This caused significant delays. There were no visible signs acknowledging the issue. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience.

Solid Stay at This Hotel

spacious room convenient location friendly personnel great spa
The room was spacious with two queen sized beds. I also found the location very convenient. I am happy with attentiveness and friendliness the personnel demonstrated. The spa center was a great plus.
Breakfast lacked cold orange juice and this disappointed me. Buffet-style breakfasts are not my favorite due to potential contamination and many people touch the same spoons.
