amazing sea view!

clean rooms comfortable rooms very nice service sea view
the hotel rooms were very clean and quite comfortable for my stay. beth and lesley. dinner and breakfast had a good score for quality. i really enjoyed the executive room with the sea view, so beautiful!

excellent north sea view

friendly staff super clean room really good food
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, it was a definite highlight. the room was super clean. It was well appointed and cute. i must make a special note about the restaurant. The food standard was really good. the service was good.
the coffee was weak, unfortunately. there was also a limited selection of yoghurts available. the bread provided for toasting seemed to be of poor quality, sadly.

Adequate stay. Some issues noticed

noisy extractor fan bathroom shelf
i found the bathroom extractor fan made a really intolerable noise. it seemed like a fire hazard, and the staff must have known about it, yet it persisted. there were no shelves in the bathroom either, only a single coat hook behind the door.

solid hotel stay

helpful staff excellent food tasteful decoration
staff were very helpful. the restaurant food tasted excellent. it was a well decorated bubble for christmas and was done tastefully. waitresses took care of my group well even with windy conditions. they were coming in and out with meals and drinks.
the room was small. the bathroom provided no space to put things. the hotel seemed better for business or short stay travellers.

overpriced breakfast chlorine smell
the staff were friendly and helpful (no issues there).
the breakfast was overpriced. my room cost £154.00 per night, and that excludes breakfast. there was also no bottle of water in the room, and the tap water had a strong chlorine smell. i considered it undrinkable.
