Excellent stay near the harbour
quality produce quiet room easy location
The hotel's proximity to the city center is fantastic. The room was quiet and the breakfast had quality produce. The location made it easy to catch a ferry (especially to the islands) and get around town.

bad shower curtain cracked glasses
the room was spacious with good closet space and did meet expectations.
i did find a few issues. the shower curtain looked really bad and the plastic glasses in the bathroom had cracks. the kettle location was also inconvenient, its plug being behind the television. it made it awkward to make tea.

reasonable place to stay
personable staff lovely staff upper floors available lift delicious scallops good food faulty door bathroom door terrible control shower temperature poor pressure shower pressure
the reception staff, islah, was very personable i find. an elevator was available to upper floors, it supported mobility and luggage maneuvers. the restaurant provided good food i loved the scallops and breakfast was great.
the bathroom door could hardly shut when toilet lid down i noticed. the shower temperature control was terrible too. also shower pressure was very poor for me.
