The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I found a room with a bath! The facilities seemed excellent. I thought the food was also excellent.
The room was full of dust. There was also fluff on the back of the TV. I noticed fluff on the pictures, too.

the hotel decor felt first class! my urban super king room was nice and comfortable. i was pleased with the good selection of malt whiskies available. the ambience in the guest areas was also very good.
The hotel door didn't automatically lock when i left the room. I needed to use the key each time, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel includes an enclosed garden restaurant. public areas have great decor. the layout and decor of the lounge bar, reception and bistro were tastefully done and created an inviting homely atmosphere.
