The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I found a room with a bath! The facilities seemed excellent. I thought the food was also excellent.
The room was full of dust. There was also fluff on the back of the TV. I noticed fluff on the pictures, too.

i found the staff so friendly! the hotel looks very well maintained. it is in a good central location.
the room was a bit too light at sunrise because of a lack of good curtains.

i found the vegetarian menu excellent, and the food was amazing. the portions are sensible, and the breakfast includes fresh fruit and cooked meats! i did enjoy the various fruit juices

The hotel smells so nice. They even have their own fragrance! the bar boasts tasteful decoration, with a cozy and modern choice apparent. the rooms include adjustable temperature settings which i just loved.

the hotel decor felt first class! my urban super king room was nice and comfortable. i was pleased with the good selection of malt whiskies available. the ambience in the guest areas was also very good.
The hotel door didn't automatically lock when i left the room. I needed to use the key each time, a bit inconvenient.

the room size was ample. the bathroom included both a bath and a separate shower. i found the cleanliness perfect (everything sparkled!).

The staff was very great. The accommodation was so comfortable. the food was excellent. i will definitely return.

the hotel includes an enclosed garden restaurant. public areas have great decor. the layout and decor of the lounge bar, reception and bistro were tastefully done and created an inviting homely atmosphere.

the chef deserves a special mention. breakfast had a wonderful choice. there was a range of fresh fruit, cooked meats, fish and cheese plus cereals and yoghurt. staff amended the menu to accommodate preferences.
