helpful staff spacious bedroom
The staff was really helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I really enjoyed the spacious bedroom! The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The hotel is in a GREAT location. It's close to local attractions and transport links! This made exploring the area easy. This is an excellent base for travel in the region.

The room was huge, and the shower was excellent! The room was also very quiet at night. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. There was easy nearby parking.
The tv in my room had a slight flaw, everything else was great!

cold food bland desserts
The room was clean and set up nicely.
The Christmas dinner I had was quite disappointing. The food arrived cold and the sausages lacked bacon. Desserts seemed to be bought pre-made and tasted bland.

clean room good shower excellent food
i got a double or twin room and it was so clean. the shower was really good i liked that. the food at the restaurant, wow, i had lots of choices and everything was so yummy!
the room was very basic, it didn't have a fridge. so sad!
