The Altnaharra suited us because its location is inland in the Highlands. We enjoyed chatting by the fire. Breakfast was really lovely!
I sent emails before my visit without a reply. I also rang several times with no answer!

miserable staff shabby hotel
The staff were miserable and barely around. the hotel was very shabby for the price. our room wasn't ready for us. No towels or pillow cases were available, although they did rectify it. i will not be retuning and would not recommend this hotel unless you just want food. don't expect good service either.
