The location was convenient with ample parking available. The breakfast offered a good selection of items, including freshly cooked eggs made to order. The food was AMAZING!!!
I found some of the balcony furniture was not clean. The staff sometimes seemed a bit bossy, giving too many orders.

friendly staff great selection excellent comfort
i found the staff to be very friendly, they made my arrival smooth. the breakfast offered a great selection of options, it catered to different tastes. the bed provided excellent comfort, i slept very well. it was a double room room 3.
the bathroom could use a little updating, i saw some loose fixtures.

faulty heater loud neighbors
The room was rather chilly and the heater seemed to have a mind of its own, especially during the night. plus, it was like i was living in a paper house. Every footstep and conversation from the neighboring rooms was crystal clear. it was tough to relax with all that noise.

i found the staff really helpful. breakfast had a great selection of fresh pastries, a full scottish breakfast, fresh coffee, tea, and fruit juices. the hotel has ample parking. the beds were really comfortable.
The balcony chairs and tables needed cleaning. They weren't as tidy as the rest of the place.
