valley view great detail helpful staff perfect view
the location felt amazing. it provided really good views across the valley. the attention to detail was good, and the staff were helpfull. the room faced the valley and had a perfect view. i felt at home here.
the public spaces felt dark during the day. i found this a bit oppressive, though it was less noticeable in the evening.

whisky selection great knowledge perfect location
the hotel offered a whisky room with an amazing selection. lauren, the whisky expert, shared great knowledge and passion. the location was perfect for exploring the area, and i took a walk to the local waterfalls..
the dining room was a bit dim, both for dinner and breakfast.

I really liked the dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly, and the location was close to distilleries.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

cramped room slow service
My room was smaller than expected and felt quite cramped i struggled to properly store my luggage. the breakfast service was slow. It took a while to get my order. the dining room felt a bit dim even during breakfast it could use more light. this impacted the overall enjoyment of my meal. i did not feel the rooms match the pictures i had seen.
