friendly staff spot service comfy rooms noisy room reception proximity front door proximity
the staff were very engaging and friendly. service was spot on. the selection of drinks was huge. the rooms are comfy and the facilities are good.
my room was quite noisy because of its position near the reception. it was also close to the front door and lounge. this made it difficult to relax during the day.

Whisky Lover's Delight
friendly staff off-road parking pleasant room
I enjoyed the efficient, friendly, and well trained staff . The off-road parking made arrival easy, and my room was pleasant. The restaurant provided a great experience. I ate there both nights. I found whisky options to be plentiful in the bar.
My room could have been cleaner. I couldn't open my window. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.

The hotel sits right in the heart of whisky country (quite literally!). The Speyside Way is located just behind the hotel, and this gives you the option for a great jog any time of day. Several distilleries are also nearby.

Breakfast was good (especially the scottish breakfast!). The bar offered excellent local draft beers along with a refined selection of whisky bottles. The pub-restaurant serves very good traditional cuisine of great quality.

mixed experience
unclean room uncomfortable bed
the staff helped with luggage, i must admit
the room wasnt so clean and i couldnt open my window. the bed wasnt realy comfortable at all. breakfast was ok but the selection was not great.
