I was charmed by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The staff were super friendly and helpful (a true scottish welcome!). My room had good quality furniture and fittings, reflecting the Deeside setting, appreciated after a long day of travel.
I found no hotel information in the room, not even a pen or a piece of paper, difficult to note down important information.
