noisy street shower temperature
the room i had faced the main street and was quite noisy. constant traffic ran day and night and i found this disruptive. also , the shower temperature was difficult to regulate , remaining scalding hot even on the coldest setting.

The staff was friendly and helpful! i loved the efficient check-in process. the food was good. It was what i expected. the room was a good size with big windows that opened to the main street.
The walls in my room seemed a bit thin. I could hear conversations. i assumed tables were assigned by room number at breakfast but that was not clear. the waitress seemed glum when i was waiting for coffee.

The hotel welcomed my dog with bowls full of treats and cozy blankets in the room. We enjoyed delicious meals together in the lounge. The staff made a fuss over him. I found fresh fruit at breakfast, a lovely surprise.
I found the walls a bit thin. I could hear some noise from other guests.

great stay!

spare bowl hearty food
the staff was cute and helpful. they even provided a spare bowl and blanket for our dog. we decided to eat at the hotel and the food was hearty with huge portions. breakfast was included and was beautiful and fresh with plenty of choice.
the beds were worn and sagging. you could hear springs creaking every time you moved. it was very uncomfortable.

The staff provided friendly service. The evening meals had fabulous value. The chef received compliments for their work each night. The location of the hotel provided a good base.
The room lacked shampoo and shower gel. The windows faced directly onto the street. The room felt a bit sterile. I found the room small.
