The breakfast offered lovely quality items and tasted nicely cooked. The location provided good access to nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff (they were very attentive).

The mattress in the room could have been more comfortable.

cooked breakfast friendly staff narrow staircase poor pressure

The breakfast was GREAT, well cooked, and nicely presented. the staff were great. I really appreciated that they provided a meal even though their food service was closed!!!

The staircase up to the rooms was narrow, and the doors were awkward. it was difficult to get my suitcase to the room. the water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was a bit disappointing.

the staff was helpful and accommodating when i needed to check in early. breakfast was good with nice options. the location of the hotel is really convenient to visit the town. i had a comfortable stay overall.

the hotel was quite cold, and i was told that the radiators are not turned on in the rooms. a heater was provided only after i inquired about possibly cancelling. the heater was rusty and had a broken wheel.

friendly staff helpful staff family room good room included breakfast substantial breakfast dated room unkempt area pub noise

The staff was friendly and helpful! was great, though the service could have been faster. The family room was a good size. Breakfast was included, and it was a great addition.

My room was a bit dated. The area outside my bedroom window was unkempt. This gave the impression of a rough area! The room was too warm overnight, though the radiator wasn't even on. The noise level from the pub below was noticeable!
