lovely quality helpful staff good location

The breakfast offered lovely quality items and tasted nicely cooked. The location provided good access to nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff (they were very attentive).

The mattress in the room could have been more comfortable.

The breakfast was GREAT, well cooked, and nicely presented. the staff were really nice. I really appreciated that they provided a meal even though their food service was closed!!!

The staircase up to the rooms was narrow, and the doors were awkward. it was difficult to get my suitcase to the room. the water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was a bit disappointing.

helpful staff good breakfast convenient location

the staff was helpful and accommodating when i needed to check in early. breakfast was good with nice options. the location of the hotel is really convenient to visit the town. i had a comfortable stay overall.

the hotel was quite cold, and i was told that the radiators are not turned on in the rooms. a heater was provided only after i inquired about possibly cancelling. the heater was rusty and had a broken wheel.

i must say, the room really needed some love. the walls had dust behind the bed, which wasn't ideal. the pillows were also very flat. breakfast wasn't great either. the bacon was very dry and the mushrooms were very overcooked.

The staff was friendly and helpful! was good, though the service could have been faster. The family room was a good size. Breakfast was included, and it was a great addition.

My room was a bit dated. The area outside my bedroom window was unkempt. This gave the impression of a rough area! The room was too warm overnight, though the radiator wasn't even on. The noise level from the pub below was noticeable!
