From arrival, the experience was great. The value was AMAZING considering the high service quality and amenities. I got upgraded to a room that boasted a amazing view on the second day. waking up to such a panorama was a daily delight.

The breakfast was wholesome AND well cooked. My room had A view of the fine loch. The bar staff were hospitable (i loved them!).

the bar offered good food, and i appreciated the guitar player on sunday night. the staff welcomed my dog, giving him water in the bar. breakfast had great selections.

the staff WAS very helpful and friendly. the choice and quality of evening meals was good and breakfast was equally good. the location is good for touring.
the main building had a heavy stench of stale cigarette SMOKE. the decor was old and worn. the standard of cleanliness was low.
