The room had a fridge, convenient. breakfast was also good. I found it satisfying. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which i appreciated. the room was cleaned well.

Parking onsite made access simple. Prints showing Scotland are nice.
The room felt really small. The window never closed properly. Dirt was hiding in all corners of the room.

comfortable stay

lovely staff free parking
the staff were really lovely i received water and food bowls for my dog the pool was also a nice size it was great to use the snooker table there was also a gym to use . free parking was available , made things convenient.
one small issue i noticed was some mould present on the window and ceiling i found the bed a little too firm for my liking it affected my sleep slightly

the guest house offered a swimming pool plus a gym providing fitness opportunities a snooker table added entertainment value the communal lounge area included comfortable seating and created a social atmosphere .

a simple continental breakfast was provided each morning it included items such as cereals and toast complimentary tea and coffee were available throughout the day guests could also use a communal kitchen for preparing light meals.

damp smell mold presence
The self check-in process functioned as expected.
The room smelled strongly of dampness upon arrival. I found mold present on the bathroom ceiling and around the window frames. These conditions are UNACCEPTABLE.
