generally good stay

rainfall shower delicious steak missing cutlery unwanted upgrade
The room was a good size and clean. the rainfall shower was fabulous. the evening meal was very good. The steak was cooked to perfection and delicious. breakfast was very good too, i appreciate the staff was friendly and efficient.
Upon arrival, i was told i had been upgraded. this meant i had a sofa and a kitchen, neither of which i particularly wanted. the kitchen lacked cutlery. I had to ask for teaspoons to make tea and coffee. i found this inconvenient.

charmed by my stay!

friendly staff many charging points comfortable coach house
the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. i particularly appreciated the many charging points in the room (so convenient for all my devices!). the coach house was warm and very comfortable, a true pleasure after a day of exploring.
i found the wall-mounted television a bit awkward to view from the bed. it could perhaps benefit from a different mounting or adjustment option.

Average Room, Some Disappointments

small bathroom missing shower curtain
The breakfast offered a good selection of choices.
The bathroom was quite small and lacked a shower curtain. Water went everywhere during showers, affecting the toilet seat and floor. I found this unpleasant and inconvenient.. there wasn't any cutlery available in the room initially.
