The staff were so helpful. They are very friendly since I checked in to the hotel till my departure. I went to my room. It was ready earlier than expected. Breakfast have good quality and the staff cleaned up the tables. The bar staff was friendly and food in the bar was good.
The bed was not very comfortable. I could not get comfy. The room was very hot. I did not get enough sleep.

friendly staff super clean room adjustable heating included breakfast
the staff was friendly and always took time to say hello (i found this really endearing). the room was spotlessly clean and i could adjust the heating easily. the included breakfast was really handy and offered enough of a selection, which saved me time in the mornings.
i found it a bit strange i was asked if i want my room servicing after checking in.

the hotel is centrally located and everything is a short walk away (it was ideal for university visits). on-site parking is available. i noticed meeting rooms with air conditioning, notepads, pens, and a water machine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient. I could easily walk to nearby shops. i also appreciated the excellent breakfast with a great choice of foods catering to various tastes.
the tv wasn't a smart tv. i couldn't access netflix. the bed itself was a bit noisy even though the mattress was comfortable.

helpful staff good parking spacious room
the staff was very cute and helpful, good parking was available! the inside of the hotel is beautiful. rooms felt spacious and clean.
shower head was hanging off bracket, we notified reception asap! our 2 night stay was spoiled due to this. my husband had to hold shower head and i had to do same when he showered! we are elderly and found this a great inconvenience and disappointed no maintenance was available to sort this issue.

the breakfast set up WAS everything I required. I found a good choice. It was WELL stocked.
i couldn't trust housekeeping service. In my 3-day stay, i am certain that they haven't changed the mugs and the cups that i used. They probably just wiped them or something and put them back again, because the cups and the mugs had the very same stains. i left them with. In additiom, room service IS not available all the time. if YOU want something in the evening you have to go to the frontdesk yourself and get what YOU want.
