solid stay near princes street
great location helpful staff decent room
The location was definitely a plus. it's a short walk to princes street and many restaurants are nearby. the staff was very helpful. They responded quickly when i asked for extra towels. i also liked that the room was a decent size, so i didn't feel cramped.
the street outside could get noisy at times, especially early in the morning. i would advise asking for a room facing away from the main road.

the hotel is situated very close to shopping areas, including princes street. public transport is readily available, with convenient access to bus routes including airport transfers .

The room had a good supply of towels available, helpful after using the shower. it also had modern features, including a television and tea and coffee making facilities. These details.

convenient stay
helpful staff quiet room secure feeling
I was able to quickly reach the airport, since the bus stop was directly outside. the staff were indeed friendly and helpful . my room was also quiet. It was clean and warm. i felt quite secure there as a solo traveller.
the bathroom mirror felt cheap because it was plastic and slightly distorted the reflection.

the room included a kettle, iron and hairdryer, quite useful for my needs. it had enough space and included a television. the bed was also comfortable and the room was generally warm.

check-in and check-out were both very easy, i appreciated the efficiency. the hotel had a lift, important for accessing upper floors with luggage. there was no air conditioning though, but a fan was present.

kind staff cleaned room convenient location working lift missing toilets high floor
the staff was kind and willing to help. our room was cleaned everyday. the location IS really convenient.
the LIFT did not work. i was located on a high floor with nice views but no lift. they DO not have toilets in the lobby.
