solid stay near princes street

great location helpful staff decent room

The location was definitely a plus. it's a short walk to princes street and many restaurants are nearby. the staff was very helpful. They responded quickly when i asked for extra towels. i also liked that the room was a decent size, so i didn't feel cramped.

the street outside could get noisy at times, especially early in the morning. i would advise asking for a room facing away from the main road.

helpful staff quiet room secure feeling

I was able to quickly reach the airport, since the bus stop was directly outside. the staff were indeed friendly and helpful . my room was also quiet. It was clean and warm. i felt quite secure there as a solo traveller.

the bathroom mirror felt cheap because it was plastic and slightly distorted the reflection.

the room included a kettle, iron and hairdryer, quite useful for my needs. it had enough space and included a television. the bed was also comfortable and the room was generally warm.

check-in and check-out were both very easy, i appreciated the efficiency. the hotel had a lift, important for accessing upper floors with luggage. there was no air conditioning though, but a fan was present.

the staff was kind and willing to help. our room was cleaned everyday. the location IS really convenient.

the LIFT did not work. i was located on a high floor with nice views but no lift. they DO not have toilets in the lobby.
