adequate stay overall

cute staff early check-in gorgeous room minimal toiletries slippery floor dirty balcony
the staff were super cute i must say. they got my room ready earlier than the stated check-in time, a good surprise. the room itself had a gorgeous vibe it felt spacious and was well-equipped.
the toiletries offering was quite minimal. i only found a small bar of soap and some shower gel, and there were no facial tissues to be found. the shower floor was so slippery, i constantly had to hold onto the control bar to keep from falling. i also noticed the mini balcony outside the window was rather dirty.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues need attention

uncomfortable bed loose drain cover
The bed in my room was quite uncomfortable. i could feel the springs, difficult to sleep well. the bathroom had issues. The shower drain cover was loose and lifted when the water ran. i also found that the towel rail produced excessive heat. the staff did not address this when i asked. This made the room uncomfortably hot.
