superb location and friendly staff

great location comfy beds late check-out
the location was great. it is close to the train station. i found the beds to be comfy. check out was at 11am which is good.
i noticed some weird marks around the bathroom. the bathroom needs updating. cupboards in the kitchen have a odd stale coffee smell.

a decent experience

train station easy walk many choices full breakfast bad quality bedding shower door shower door
i loved how close i was to everything i wanted to see. the main train station was an easy walk and other attractions were super close. the breakfast had so many choices from a full english breakfast to fruit cereal, and croissants. i think it's a big win!
our bedding just. it felt so dry and bad quality. the shower door didn't close properly, and water went all over the bathroom every time it was used. i think a repair guy needs to come, really.

Convenient Stay on the Royal Mile

excellent location stocked kitchen basic equipment helpful staff
The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. My room had a well-equipped kitchenette. I found the gym had all the basic equipment needed for a quick workout. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.
The bathroom fixtures felt a bit loose.

a fair stay

friendly staff excellent location plentiful breakfast non-functional phones broken towel heater uncomfortable beds
the reception staff was friendly. i arrived early and was allowed to check in immediately. the location is excellent for walking to major attractions. breakfast had a beautiful presentation and was plentiful.
the phones did not work in the rooms so i could not call the front desk. this seemed to be a known, ongoing issue. the towel heater in the room did not work. also, the beds were not very comfortable.
