good linens huge towels convenient panel
The location was excellent and near various shops. The room had good linens. big towels were available. I appreciated the light control panels. They were very convenient (especially at night).
The air conditioning sometimes turned on by itself, so the room got too cold.

Acceptable, but with Several Downsides
unpleasant employee double charge
I found some issues . The air conditioning unit was excessively cold, which wasnt comfortable. the staff attitude wasnt up to par. This resulted in a double charge, and it took days to get the money back. The lack of apology and her attempt to say I had prepaid breakfast instead of the room was really upsetting.

Perfect stay near the Castle!
attentive staff necessary umbrella superb location
The staff were so attentive to every request. The studio had everything I needed, even an umbrella which I used one rainy afternoon. The location was also perfect. It was near so many shops and restaurants!
The windows didn't block out noise well, the sounds of pub goers and bin lorries woke me several times.
